Spectrum Train & Earn Program

STEP is one initiative program which bridges the gap between the industry and the youth by developing steady pool of trained mainpower. The idea behind this concept is to provide a platform to students with employability skills, to gain first-hand experience while they are pursuing their training (Certificate or Diploma).

At the end of the course, they are ready to be employed by the employer with the link established between institution and industries.
