Student Accommodation situated within the same building as the campus, equipped with an infinity pool, gymnasium, computer lab, futsal court & other facilities to accommodate a modern lifestyle.

Spectrum-TVET has been awarded ISO 9001 : 2015 (Quality Management System) Certification as an indicator of good quality practices within the institution. SICT-TVET obtained approval by Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran (JPK) or Department of Skill Development (DSD) under the Ministry of Human Resources in September 2011. In addition to this SICT-TVET has been an authorized Training Centre for Construction Industry Board Malaysia (CIDB) since 2016 and a registered Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) Training Centre.
