Course Overview

 

This Professional Course is to give basic concepts to students on basic skills and techniques for making air conditioning installations. It seeks to develop students ’knowledge related to the provision of tools and materials, as well as servicing air conditioning.

The unemployment rate in the country has doubled due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. Rising unemployment has a direct impact on the national economy and therefore, we at Spectrum believe that this Air Conditioning Mechanical and Ventilation program will address the current unemployment problem among youths and women and will increase the opportunities of B40 youth and unemployed women to start their own businesses and become successful entrepreneurs.

Course Objective

  • Given industry standard -oriented intensive skills to become a successful entrepreneur in the air conditioning technology industry.
  • Given skills training in terms of theory and practice to be skilled in the field of air conditioning installation.
  • Able to install, service and even repair air conditioners and enable them to generate individual income as well as contribute to economic development.
  • To produce entrepreneurs with a high level of competitiveness.

  • Demonstrate the ability to install neatly and demonstrate skills acquired during the course of the program.
  • Learn about the many career possibilities in the Air Conditioning Industry and develop the skills needed for the job.
  • Demonstrates the ability to apply basic accounting skills for industrial applications of Air Conditioning Technology.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use, purchase, and inventory information by planning the equipment and materials required while making air conditioning installation work including new and advanced air conditioning installation.
